JJ Cale’s Moonelectro used to record “The Road to Escondido” with Eric Clapton
Brazilian Rosewood set donated to the project by “Maro” ,JJ’s 1970’s bass player, who imports this beautiful tonewood.
The July 2005 guitar of the month made custom for Cale is played and displayed in JJ Cale’s and Eric Clapton’s newest and collabative album.
The “tape” on the bridge is for securing the bridge while re-stringing it. John Cale apologised with this logical explanation.
